Step 1: Contact Us
Contact us 3-4 weeks prior to your desired picture day.
Step 2: Picture Day Kit
After the date is confirmed, we will send you a picture day kit via email.
The kit contains:
- A blank roster (excel sheet) to be completed electronically and returned via email.
- A detailed flyer for the parents.
- Photo release forms - we will collect on picture day.
Step 3: QR Cards | Same Day Proofing
Picture day! We will arrive 30 min - 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. Each child will receive a QR Card to be taken home to parents for proofing and ordering. Photos will be available by 5pm on the same day of the shoot.
Step 4: Ordering
Orders are availabe for purchase Our photographers will arrive 30 min - 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. Each child will receive a QR Card to be taken home to parents for proofing and ordering. Photos will be uploaded by 5pm on the same day of the shoot.
Kids Portraits, Events, Prom Send-Offs, etc
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact us 1-2 weeks prior to your desired session day/event. Let us know the details and we will provide a quote.
Step 2: Invoice
After the details are confirmed, we will send you a payable invoice. We also accept Apple Pay and Cash App. Once a deposit is paid, your booking will be added to our calendar.
Step 3: Balance
On the day of the session/event the balance must be paid prior to the start of the shoot.
Step 4: Proofing + Delivery
For events, the photos will be delivered 7-10 days after the event. For other sessions, proofs are delivered within 48 hour of the shoot and final edits are delivered 7-10 after the proofs are selected.
